Peter Crossley is
a graduate of the University of Adelaide and has studied Organisational and
Educational Psychology, Group work and Counselling at Post Graduate Level. He is a past AHRI President (SA) and an
active member of AITD and ASTD.
Both
public and private sectors feature in Peter’s Background. His private sector employment experience
has been gained in companies engaged in steel making, motor car manufacturing,
retail and industrial sales, mining and agri-business. His public administrative experience has
included organisations specialising in education, human resource management,
civil engineering, social justice and agriculture.
Peter
is a very experienced consultant and has worked throughout Australia,
Europe, the US and the Asia Pacific region. His expertise concentrates on
Leadership, Performance Management, Executive team Turnaround, cultural change
roll out and selection skills development.
Peter
is the author of BESS and BEST FIT Selection Systems and is accredited
in Belbin, D.D.I., Myers Briggs, persolog DISC
and SATURN consulting products.

Carol
Crossley
is a graduate of the University of South Australia where, as a mature aged
student, she completed a Diploma of Applied Science. She worked in the nursing profession for
over 15 years where she gained experience in supervising teams and ward
management. She holds a Diploma in Business (Frontline Management) and Cert 4 in
Training and Assessment.
Carol’s
more recent experience is drawn from both real estate and finance. For the last
sixteen years, as a company director, she has participated in its growth, and
governance from the inception. She
has frequently led large off-shore and national projects and manages
interdisciplinary consulting teams.
Carol
is a past councillor with the Australian Institute of Training and Development
and a member of the American Society of Training and Development. She is
accredited in persolog® DISC,
Belbin, BEST FIT Selection, SATURN products, Franklin Covey, and Targeted
Selection.
Carol’s
special interests lie in leadership and team development, stress and time
management, and client relationship management. She has broad international experience
and is particularly effective in interacting with Asian participants at all
levels.

Andrea
Collett
holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and is accredited in BEST FIT
Selection, Belbin, persolog® DISC,
D.D.I., and SATURN delivery. She is
an AHRI State Councillor and is heavily involved in the Organisational and
Professional Development group for this organisation. She is a participant in
the prestigious S.A. Governor's Leadership Executive Development
programme.
Andrea
has been working in HRD for 21 years.
Her employment experience covers both public and private sectors. She has
been consulting independently and with Fulcrum People for many years, most
recently she accepted a partnership role within Fulcrum People. She
is experienced in delivering team development, knowledge management and group
dynamics, project management and presentation skills.
Andrea
has done extensive work across the social justice, manufacturing, mining and
agribusiness sectors.

Kath Crossley
holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide, a professional Diploma in Human
Resource Management from Deakin University and a Diploma of Management along
with TAA Cert IV.
Kath
has 15 years experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked in outback
Australia, off shore and rose to the level of food and beverage manager for a
400 bed resort. Kath’s experience
in dealing with the public has enabled her to identify behavioural clues and
methods of handling potentially difficult situations. She holds accreditations in the range of
persolog DISC behavioural instruments, BESS and BEST FIT Selection Systems as
well as Belbin Team Roles. She has
an engaging approach and participants enjoy her interactive
style.
Her
special interest areas are sales and customer service, conflict resolution,
selection and recruitment, frontline management, leadership development and team
building.
She
has worked with teams studying FLM from Newmont
