Carol Crossley

Carol is a graduate of the University of South Australia where, as a mature aged student, she completed a Diploma of Applied Science.  She worked in the nursing profession for over 15 years where she gained experience in supervising teams and ward management. She holds a Diploma in Business (Frontline Management) and Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

Carol's more recent experience is drawn from both real estate and finance. For the last sixteen years, as a company director, she has participated Fulcrum People's growth and governance from its inception.  She has frequently led large off-shore and national projects and managed interdisciplinary consulting teams.

Carol is a past councillor with the Australian Institute of Training and Development and a member of the American Society of Training and Development. She is accredited in persolog® DISC, Belbin, BEST FIT Selection, SATURN products, Franklin Covey, and Targeted Selection.

Carol's special interests lie in leadership and team development, stress and time management, and client relationship management.  She has broad international experience and is particularly effective in interacting with Asian participants at all levels.

Kath Crossley

Kath holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide, a professional Diploma in Human Resource Management from Deakin University and a Diploma of Management along with TAA Cert IV.

Kath has 15 years experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked in outback Australia, off shore and rose to the level of food and beverage manager for a 400 bed resort.  Kath's experience in dealing with the public has enabled her to identify behavioural clues and methods of handling potentially difficult situations.  She holds accreditations in the range of persolog DISC behavioural instruments, BESS and BEST FIT Selection Systems as well as Belbin Team Role Inventory.  She has an engaging approach and participants enjoy her interactive style.

Her special interest areas are sales and customer service, conflict resolution, selection and recruitment, frontline management, leadership development and team building.

She has worked with teams studying Frontline Management across many industires including Adelaide Shores, DeLight's, Elders, Hirotec, Mercy Family Services, Newmont Australia, Tenneco Automotive and TWE.  Most recently Kath managed FLM projects in mining and manufacturing for 3 trans-national organisations (Rio Tinto Alcan, Hirotec and ZF Lemforder).

Kathy Parsons

Kathy has an extensive business background. As the state and then National Information Technology executive for a major organisation, Kathy specialised in business relationships including the management of major organisational and cultural change. An extremely effective leader with proven capabilities in managing large, complex nationally disbursed business units during periods of major change.

An extremely effective communicator demonstrated by her outstanding professional executive coaching and mentoring skills applied throughout a range of organisational settings over many years. Kathy is currently an Associate Consultant of Fulcrum People Pty Ltd, an International Leadership Development Organisation, also the Program Director of NEXT STEP - The Boardroom© and Co-Chair of the AWISE Board Readiness Program in South Australia.

Her extensive Board experience arises from private companies, Government Advisory Boards (since 1998) and not-for-profit organizations (since 1996). Kathy is a Hon Life Member of Australian Post Tel Institute Pty Ltd and a longstanding member of the South Australian Premier's Office for Women.

Kathy is highly regarded in the business community. She has excellent verbal; written; communication and strategic leadership skills. Using her warmness; effectiveness and excellent objectivity, Kathy brings significant business experience plus the people skills needed to help deliver long term personal and strategic business goals.

Meredith Emery

Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Sociology and is a past Australian Institute of Training and Development President. She is accredited in persolog Personality Factor Model, Belbin Team Roles, Team Management Index and Situational Leadership.

Meredith is an experienced training professional and has designed, implemented and managed leadership development for a 36,000 member Australian business. In addition she has a solid Human Resource Management background and has provided operational support to three businesses employing up to 1,500 people.

Comfortable in a range of industries and topics, Meredith is a seasoned professional who is very much at home from the shop floor to the executive suite in industries as diverse as publishing, construction, agribusiness, mining and public administration.  She has extensive FLM experience within a supply chain manufacturing environment.

Meredith's primary consulting interests are in coaching, team and leadership development, selection, project management, customer care and sales training.  Past clients include Mitsubishi, Tenneco Monroe Walker, Hirotec and, Z. F. Lemforder.
